Jenna is a mission-driven marketer and communicator. Passionate about amplifying impact and collaboration, Jenna brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work. Her experience includes breadth and depth after working at United Way, in K12 and higher education, at a regional community foundation, and most recently at a marketing and fundraising agency. She enjoys time with her family, all things outdoors, reading and cooking good food.
Sierra’s background is in Social Work having received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University School of Social Work and her Master of Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Focusing on non-profit administration, she brings her social work values to fundraising, knowing that social change often does not happen for free. She believes that like the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio, trust-based philanthropy is key to opening the conversation about equality and justice at this crucial moment in our community. When not working, you can find Sierra trail running at a Metro Park, noodling around on guitar, or curling up with a good book.
Arielle has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit and business management, with a proven track record of fostering community relationships. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Kent State University. She is dedicated to enhancing capacity building and sustainability in the nonprofit sector. In her free time, Arielle enjoys reading, art, kayaking, and a good comedy bit. She lives in Columbus with her husband and son in a house full of animals, laughter, and love.
